Can a leak be diagnosed from a photograph?
Photographs are helpful for the first conversation, but water can travel before it becomes visible. The source and repair scope may need an inspection before a reliable quotation can be prepared.
Can I send photographs before arranging a visit?
Yes. Photographs and a short description help with the first conversation. They do not replace a site inspection where condition, measurements or concealed work need to be established.
