Can work be organised in stages?
We can discuss a phased scope. The order of the trades and any temporary disruption to essential services need to be planned before dates are agreed.
Can I send photographs before arranging a visit?
Yes. Photographs and a short description help with the first conversation. They do not replace a site inspection where condition, measurements or concealed work need to be established.
