Can you work from drawings I already have?
Yes. Send the current drawings and specification, together with the status of any professional appointments and approvals, so the proposed building work can be reviewed.
Can I send photographs before arranging a visit?
Yes. Photographs and a short description help with the first conversation. They do not replace a site inspection where condition, measurements or concealed work need to be established.
