For concealed leaks, intermittent faults, difficult access, older non-standard pipework or multi-stage diagnosis, the first hour is £120 and further labour is £120 per hour in 30-minute units. We stop and agree the next stage before substantial extra work or materials are added.

Book £120 call-outGuide prices are for labour unless stated otherwise and include the standard first-hour attendance where applicable. Parts and specialist materials are extra. Final cost depends on access, condition of existing plumbing and the exact fault. Larger bathroom, kitchen and installation projects are quoted separately after photos or an on-site assessment. Gas and boiler work is only carried out by an appropriately Gas Safe registered engineer and is quoted separately. Any applicable VAT is confirmed before work is authorised.
